A volunteer includes homeroom parents, lunch monitors, special lunch volunteers, library aids, field trip chaperones and CYO coaches and assistants. 

In order to volunteer at MDP you must have all your clearances complete and up-to-date. Please find the list below of what needs to be completed.

This is only for Volunteers who have been PA residents for at least 10 years.  This has to be renewed every 5 years.

This is a one time clearance. Upcoming training sessions are listed here: www.virtus.org – click on "First-Time Registrant" and select "Philadelphia, PA (Archdiocese)".   

If you have already attended a safe environment training session, please let us know when and where you attended.

Upon completion of the assessment, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from the Archdiocese. Print send the “Certificate of Completion” to the CYO Athletic Director. 

Mandated Reporter Acknowledgment Download the link attached, read the Promise to Protect brochure, and sign the Acknowledgement form. Please bring a copy to the parish office as well.
